Welcome to Vphone. By downloading, installing, or using our application (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Vphone.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

Vphone is a softphone client that enables users to connect to one or more PBX systems for making and receiving calls. The App acts as a communication interface only and does not provide telecommunications or hosting services directly.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for managing and safeguarding your PBX credentials.
• You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for call costs and usage through your PBX provider.

4. License

Vphone grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or business use. You may not reverse engineer, distribute, or modify the App without written consent.

5. Availability

Vphone strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uptime or call quality. Connectivity depends on third-party PBX systems and network infrastructure beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vphone is not liable for any damages, data loss, or call interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Termination

Vphone reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
